can greatly be attributed to our high quality after sales maintenance
services.
Stemming from our
firm belief that we must provide quick, high quality repair for
all sold hardware and software, we have invested heavily in training
our maintenance staff. This continuous training was conducted
either at our in-house training facilities or at our suppliers.
The functions of
our technical divisions are the installations and maintenance
of all office equipment, networks (LANS/WANS) and telephone systems
in addition of handling general maintenance contracts for products
not sold by HOSHAN company limited.
Despite the vast
area of Saudi Arabia, we are able to provide reliable, on-site,
maintenance support to all our customers in every corner of the
country. In order to do that, an elaborate logistical system was
developed in order to avail to all our maintenance centers the
necessary parts and consumables on demand.
We operate out of
26 maintenance centers in almost every Saudi city and these centers
are staffed with close to 300 technicians and engineers.
Our quality of service
has earned us many awards and recommendations from our customers;
the jewel of these awards has been given to us by ARAMCO (Saudi
Arabian Oil Company), the largest oil company in the world. Aramco
has selected us as the only office equipment maintenance contractor
with an "Excellent Performance Rating" in 2001.
